I ordered VivExilis but cancelled my order within ten minutes. I was told it was already too late that the order was shipped. I have been fighting now for the past three weeks to get a refund even though I returned the package, unopened, in a priority mail box at the USPS. Now they want the tracking number and various other impediments to get out of refunding my money. At this point, I probably couldn't get either the product or funds. They are a distrustful, deceitful company preying upon the public. Please beware.
I have been trying to cancel my Venorex order for 3 months and am going through the same thing with no response dont trust them at all and the stuff doesnt even work at all.
