We were alerted by our bank of this charge for $192.50 by Cemex Venezuela. We reported it immediately and were advised that it was, in fact, a fraudulent charge (scam). Our bank has since suspended that debit card and issued another one. The card is rarely used other than to get gas once a week so we suspect that the information may have been obtained via a skimmer at the gas pump.
