This is a charge particularly from the soda vending machines at TAMU. It is PEPSICO. Their Ts&Cs (https://pepsicopartners.com/pepsico/en/USD/terms-and-conditions Section 12. Fees) state they do a 3.00% fee for every card transaction. 3% of 3.40 is .10, so charges were come out to $3.50. These charges came in a week after my vending purchases. I guess, take a deep breath. It’s just a late charge from Pepsi processing the purchase and implementing their fees.
