I have never heard of this organization but they are thieves! To steal from hardworking men and women is scum!!!
For people who don't recognize this charge, Like me, I was about to report this as SCAM but it dawned on me that I paid my Homeowners Association yearly fees and it was done through a third party website. Called "Community Assessment Norcross GA" ... So yes, this is a legitimate company and charge. Perhaps some of you , like me, paid some type of dues and Community Assessment is the billing party. LEGIT!
Agreed - this charge is from my annual HOA dues. It's a legitimate charge.
I had a charge back on April 9, 2019 for $494.95 from Community Assessment Norcross, Ga. When I inquired then, found they collect for homeowners fees. Why I didn't question it at the time, I don't know. Looking back now when doing my taxes, I see I had paid $655.00 to my Hawthorne HOA on February 25, 2019.
