I purchased a one year extended tech support from Dell. It showed as DMI Dell Higher Education on my credit card statement. It was a legitimate charge.

Could not get them to stop charge after returning computer. Have had to call every month for 3 months. They seem determined to charge me. I get an email confirming the cancellation and then the next month there is a charge there.
