Phone: 4806242500 State: Arizona, USA Problem: Calls me at midnight to renew my domain names. Wrongly charges me. 480-624-2500 phone number belongs to Online registrar and its domain resellers. The main website is www.The-Online.com from where I got the call to renew my 7 domain names for a price of $1.00 each for one year. I gave them my confirmation to renew all my domain names for $1 per year which totals $7. But when I found my credit card statement they renewed each of my domain name for $7 which totaled $49. I again called them and asked them to correct their billing. Later, after 15 days, they corrected my billing and refunded the extra amount.
I was charged an following name appeared on by credit card statement when I purchased domain name and web hosting plan from The-Online.com website. DNHDOMAIN/HOSTING 480-624-2500 AZ. I called them and found out the charge was legit as I had made registered new domain name and got cpanel hosting plan all for $12.55 a year. They should clearly tell people that charge on bank statement would be from DNHDOMAIN/HOSTING 480-624-2500 AZ
