LuckyDog is a technology company focusing on audio and video solutions, including audio and video downloading, conversion, recording, editing, and more. It is most likely software you downloaded. Mine was Unlock GO
I never download anything that has anything to do with them. I have a computer guy to take care of all of this. They charged me $29.95 for three months until I caught it. The credit company is taking care of it.... :(

I found a phone #952-908-4089. I called and talked to Marcie (very nice). I didn't have an order # so she looked up my subscription using my name and email address. She located my info, processed my cancellation request and even submitted a request to refund my latest charge. Have to see if that refund will come thru. But she also gave me my order # in case to follow up on the refund or in case i got charged again. In my case this was for unlocking and android phone (unlock go). Hope this info can help others. I have had this company try and take money out of my account numerous times and this time they unfortunately have succeeded, I have emailed them and given my mobile number so I hope to get a refund soon, I'm really not happy about it
