this company was using my credit card for several months of charges applied to an unknown account. they will not speak to me about these charges stating that i do not have an account with them. they are very rude and seem to be a scam type company

I was just charged $507.34 fo something I never bought or authorized. The notation on the charge which first appeared in my online statement was "Frontier Web" and it was on hold. The next day it was officially debited from my account with the notation Frontier Denver Co and the last 4 digits of ny debit card. I have of course notified the fraud dept. of my bank and we'll see what happens, I only hope I get my $507 back,
6/17/26 I just got my bank statement and I see it as Frontier a i m n y z n e for $160 I do not know where it came from
There is a charge of 406.98 in my bank account that I have not purchased anything or what does that charge refer to can you please help me to have my money refunded
