Because our bills are paid by autopay, we did not notice that each month for at least 18 months (and maybe even longer) there has been a recurring double charge of $29.99 on one of our credit cards and a charge of $18.64 that increased over several months to $29.99 on another of our credit cards. Neither my husband nor I have any knowledge as to where or how this charge has appeared. We have reported it as fraud to our credit card companies who are working on helping us resolve this frustrating problem.
