Paid up front for Tanning, which was to end in December 2015. Went on scheduled trip to Hawaii in February 2016 . Came home and overlooked charges from Hawaiin Sun as I thought that it was a legitimate charge from trip to Hawaii. However, I noticed charge stated, Herkimer, NY.... called and started dispute with credit card co., and they said it was a tanning salon. We never signed up or used the one in Herkimer but did tan at the Whitesboro location. So this whole ordeal started out very confusing. Called Hawaiin Sun in Herkimer, Danielle stated we couldn't cancel membership on the phone, had to stop in to do so. Danielle refused to give $$$ back or cancel membership. These transactions were made without our consent. We never received any paperwork or other documentation from Hawaiin, regarding this matter. DO NOT TRUST !
I got $100 charge from this Hawaiian sun Inc Herkimer NY us this is another charge from Tropicana is it because I authorized no such a thing but yet $100 of come off my debit card what can I do about it
