I have seen a charge for small amounts 3 times for HEB #108 for an online, phone or mail transaction. No one responsible for the card made this transaction.
Per comment on Aug 16, the purchase was legitimate. The puzzling thing is it was made online for the local HEB and showed up for HEB #108.
Still active. Had a debit to my account yesterday.
