The call came in with the Identity label of "HP Technical Support" The number displayed is 1-800-474-6836. Sure looked real to me. "You called me, they said your server shows I downloaded something in the past few weeks that will harm my computer. He had my Name & Computer Serial Number & Matching Part Number. But he did not know the computer was damaged after I got it back when was trying replace the hard drive. PLEASE GET THIS SECURITY BREECH UNDER CONTROL!!!! I would really hate to see what happens if these malicious people start calling the military and telling me that my networked automatic spectrum $#*&yzer has picked up a bug in my calibration lab or some other unlikely excuse. It is hurting your customer base." (48488) How are they getting this level of Detailed Information!!!??? Sure Looks Like A Serious SECURITY BREECH TO ME
