I live in Ohio and have not been in Georgia for about five years. Citibank called me to ask if a $89 charge at Kroger Fuel, Atlanta GA is legitimate. I have not used this card for a very long time so it is a shock to get this charge along with another earlier $20 charge, also from Atlanta, GA Both charges were declined by Citibank.
