Placed order for special edition magazine on March 29 2017, money taken from bank on March 31 2017 but never received magazine...spoke to Simon on 0845 6011 356, who seemed very helpful... but still no magazine...contacted again ...still waiting ....

This is a charge that I do not recognize. Reporting it as fraud with my financial institution.
I had this charge on my credit card statement in oct, I did make a legitimate payment to a magazine in this same month but this is a scam
