I believe it may be a hospital bill from Mount Auburn Hospital.
Is this (MAH) in fact an acronym for Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA? If so, why would they add "courtesy call" to their full company name? It makes no sense (to me.) How do I get in touch with this company (if not Mount Auburn Hospital?) Phone, address, web site, etc., etc. ?? Thank you.
