The charge for me was legitimate and it was for the annual subscription to the digital service of Tennis Channel Plus in my case. I'm assuming they provide billing service for other online/streaming content as well.
The charge was legit for me as well. I purchased a subscription for BNN live streaming that is provided by insinc.nueulion.

Yes this is a valid company with a valid charge. PBA Bowling xtra frames. Purchased it for my boyfriend on a 1 year aggreement. I paid the lump sum for the year.
