I logged into my online banking and can see two charges with the name "Nordrackcom" for $336.70 on consecutive days, 12/01 and 11/30. I''ve reporting this with my bank as after I logged onto my Nordstrom account, I can''t see any purchases online for any charges that match the amount.
I resolved it - turns out, purchases/refunds from Nordstrom show up was "Nordstrom" on my statement, but purchases from Nordstrom Rack show up as "Nordrackcom" so that's why I was suspicious. It was confusing, and the items were bought at the same time (2 jackets, 2 sizes) but I was charged separately for them which was why I was also worried someone had scammed me. Nothing to worry here!
I Have Never Ordered Anything From Them, Have Never Heard Of Them, Didn't Understand,Why Or How They Were Trying To Get Money, From Me! I Googled And Realized I Was Being Scammed.

I have a charge to my credit card in amount of $62.92 - on Dec. 7. I have never made this charge and would like to have it removed!
I purchased two pairs of shoes on what I thought was Norstromrack, and had trouble using my Nordstrom CC, so I used my VISA. I received the shoes but discovered it was not purchased on Nordstromrack but NORDRACKCOM. I have no emails or receipts with shoes. Nordstromsrack did not sell them to me, and Nordrack lists the Nordstromrack phone number so it is fraudulent. I will be going thru my VISA to dispute. I'm unable to return the shoes.
