I have been charged USD77 twice now and I did not authorise this.

My wife ordered something back in august; somehow turned into auto re-order every three months. I've called and asked to cancel it and get a refund. They were agreeable and pleasant about it - we'll see if they actually cancel and refund the money.

I started to order the first item offered. Then I went to checkout and there were multiple choices of extra offers. I decided it wasn’t worth it. If the product was so great, it would not need all of the additional...”but wait, there’s more! It was an extra long drawn out presentation. Then add on after add on. So I did not finalize my order. I was charged anyway. I called. They offered refund. I received 1/2 the amount I was charged and I will call them again to receive the other half.
