FYI My sister received an email, supposedly from On Target Richie, on March 25, 2016,advising her that he was in Manilla, Philipines and needed money to help a criticallly ill relative. The email and telephone numbers on the email were the ones always listed on his website, so it looked strange, but legitimate. Since I felt there was something "off" in his message to her, I phoned the "On Target" office and was told that this "urgent" request for money did not come from Richie or his office, that someone had infiltrated his account and site, and had sent the message to all the clients on his email list. I suggested that Richie (owner) send out a correction email to set this matter straight, because vulnerable people might actually send money to scammers, and that could negatively impact Richie's business.
