They are thieves. Claim that shipping is free on Sunglasses, but then you get billed directly by Fedex. I am currently disputing charge with collection agency. DO NOT buy from Ottica!!!
Bogus charge of $600 on my credit card for Ottica Star SRL. . Denied by my card company after card company contacted me first. At same time there was a bogus charge for "SQ Rainnier Hansen", also denied.
Hit my debit card for $244 on May 13, 2016. Then got bank charge for currency conversion. Fraud charge. Never heard of this company! Bank is investigating. Also got hit with $5.99 charge on same day for "need a ride". That charge dropped off. I'm sure it was a "test" charge!
Just had $500,00 charged from my CC without even knowing this company existed! I'm lucky my bank called me to confirm the charges and I had to cancel my CC right away!
5 Dimes is the culprit. Got a Chase Visa just to use at this site and voila there was a $723 charge OTTICA STAR SRL. Contacted 5 Dimes and they laughed it off. A coincidence? I don't think so. Stay far away.
Lol huge scam. Went to this club and they tried to charge me an amount comparable to the numbers here in addition to the legitimate services they offered. LMAO. I was so confused and just thought they overcharged. Nope. Three separate charges. Two legit, and 1 huge scam one.
