A charge has been made on my bank account as above for £42.00. I did not want to subscribe to your company or to have any dealings with you. I am a pensioner on a very limited income so please refund this amount at your earliest convenience. Sue Fletcher

I initially thought this charge was suspicious, but upon doing a little research I recognized that it was a donation I had made to Ad-Block. I will keep an eye out to make sure I don't receive further charges without my authorization.

This is a one time contribution for a great program for blocking ads and bad websites. $5.00 is the least amount you can contribute.

This was a contribution to AdBlock Plus. The description of the charge EYEOGMBH did not look relevant, but that explains the payment.

i just disovered Paddle Net eyeogmbh has been billing me $4.99/month since March 2024 !!! I do not know your company and have never ordered anything from you--credit my bank IMMEDIATELY! I was charged 10.60 without my consent. I am going to dispute this with my bank as well.

I have a charge of $37.80 on my debit card and have no Idea what it's for.

A $37.80 charge came out of my debit account. I have absolutely no idea what this is for. I have tried several times to contact. With no luck. Please let me know how I can Get my money back. I don't want to have to get another card!

Fraudulant Charge

I went to school to be a Paralegal, I am good at investigating, but I had to look really hard to find out who PADDLE.NET *EYOGMBH/ASTORIANY is. I figured out who the PADDLE.NET* company was, that was charging me 5 TIMES! it's located In Astoria Queens. I am refusing the payment. I am canceling such a devious way to hide who the company is. I was upset. it's located in Astoria, NY. I am rejecting the charges, I am NOT paying anything and my credit card company will be notified. It could be considered a scam. I looks like a scam, smells like a scam, so it is a scam! UP YOURS!

My free AdBlockPlus account asked if I would like to upgrade to a paid account, and since their free version is already quite good (at least on Firefox) I decided to take them up on it and see what premium could do, and just to support them--and got a charge from PADDLE.NET*EYEOGMBH in my inbox. I initially freaked out, thinking I'd been tricked by a company imitating AdBlockPlus--but after poking around, I see that that really is the company behind AdBlockPlus. Whether or not you think the paid account is worth having, they ARE a legitimate company offering a valuable service. The name is fishy as hell, if I hadn't JUST made the purchase, I would have absolutely thought some little leech had sneaked in somewhere. Look closer for yourselves by all means, but you or someone in your household may have made the purchase/donation and you might not be mentally connecting that AdBlockPlus to some "eyeogmbh" letter-salad looking company you've never heard of. (Because really, who tf would?)

A SCAM ADDED TO MY CARD

Got charged and still don't know why can't get any explanation why and they say my email is not on file so then how was I charged????

It was on my credit card report 4/11/25. The charge was $43.30. I'm reporting to my credit card.

Charge on my credit for $4:00. Sent E-mail to Paddle,Net, but they no info. of transactions. Further, they want me to include bank card info, which I Will Not Include. I will report to Credit Card Company.

I subscribed to what I believed was an upgrade to AdBlockPlus. I took the bait and now I'm wondering if I was scammed or not.

This is an annual renewal you will be charged for Adblock Premium. They send out email at least a week or two ahead of the renewal date to inform you of the specific date and amount that will be charged. I have been using ABP for years and I often get "suspicious" charge warnings from my card provider since they do not recognize it. I confirm it was a legit purchase and move on. If you want to cancel all you need to do is enter your email on ABP's website they will send you a login link, and you can view/cancel your subscription.

I got this on my bank statement & did not realise what it was at first. Then after searching around , I found the receipt from Ad Block. The amount, date, time of the transaction were all correct and I am glad that I have continued to use the service.

VISA STATEMENT HAS 7/24/25 CHARGE OF 43.50 FROM PADDLE. THIS IS THE SAME AMOUNT AS A 7/24/25 TARGET CHG FOR A BOOKCASE WHICH ALSO APPEARS ON THE STMT,. PADDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT HELP ME BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO SAY YOU USED VISA. THEY CAN ONLY TRACE APPLE PAY, PAY PAL ET AL. THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL PADDLE AS NO PHONE NUMBER IS PROVIDED. THE BOOKCASE WAS AN IN STORE TRANSACTION.
