I noticed a charge for £3.15 on 17th Dec 2015 on my bank statement stating PAYPAL *GARFISHER that I do not recognise. Upon checking my PayPal account I was unable to identify any such purchase. My debit card was charged for the amount. I strongly believe this was indeed a fraudulent transaction as I've been unable to trace down any purchase. I am currently in the process of contacting my bank to report fraud. I suggest you do the same.
