For me, it was an online iTunes gift card purchase to received gift card code for iTunes purchases.
I was charged £10.99 for top pup by BV on 3 web site cannot contact them to get my money back.
I was charged £10.99 to top up my 3 phone by BV???
for me it were points for the steam-games acc i bought as a present and then forgot.all good here
Shown up as a charge on my PayPal account it put my account in the red which I didn't think was possible said it was refused transfer from bank to pp account I don't use bank account to fund PayPal account like that I can't work out what it is from.
I received it in an email where the 'report this' link took me to a fake sign in page and then asked for my credit card details.
I was just charged 20.99 for top up bv which i do not have, so annoying !!!!!

I was wondering about this company too, but then i realized that it's a payment for phone credits on my prepaid handy. Maybe that helps sb. who is also wondering where it comes from. I totally forget that i charged my phone with this online service. It's very confusing sometimes when you see such company names that have nothing to do with the actual company you ordered from.

FYI: just received notice from CitiBank of fraudulent charges (2) by TOP UP B.V. on my mastercard. Card cancelled!

I rec'd an email saying a top up BV charge will appear...I don't even use paypal. Interestingly, the charge was in British Pounds and I have recently been booking some rentals in Britain...hmmm...I'm not opening any of the links, etc...I knew it was a scam. I will watch my credit card for a charge...if they want to charge my PP account a million dollars I don't care because I don't use PP...lol. Don't you just hate email scammers...
Mine was Tesco Express payment £58.75 First they tried it out on Amazon ads for £0 Then Tesco Then TOP UP BV. 38.50 Bank called straight away. Someone I purchased off online sold credit card details, Fraud squad advised me they have machines that send cv codes to the card number but may take a while to get correct number. Seeing as I only used the card at Xmas 5 months not bad if they get the cv code to go with the credit card numbers they buy. If you see it phone your bank / Paypal straight away.
I had a charge of $259.95 try to go through my visa credit card on September 26, 2018. My cedit card declined the charge, but I have no idea what or who tried to make this charge.
Purchased target gift card ($25) in September. Contact company, sent PayPal receipt Where I was charged and they said that was insufficient they needed something else that I mysteriously didn’t have! All looks like I’m out that money.

This website is an absolute scam. You might get a code and get what you paid for but as many have mentioned you will get tons of random charges to your debit card I EVEN USED PAYPAL and they keep charging my debit card. Ridiculous. NEVER USE THIS SITE!!!!

This is defintely a scam. My accounts were compromised via a "Geek Squad" follow up call from Best buy...obviously they were impersonating the Geek Squad

J’ai acheté hier le 22 août une recharge de 100 euros 165$ CAN pour payer une assurance sur un envoi d’argent liquide pour l’achat du vélo que je vends. Je suis à Québec au Canada. La vente du vélo ne s’est pas conclue et j’essaie sans grand succès de récupérer l’argent. Le paiement s’est fait par PayPal.
