I had a problem with the count UPBILL COM UPCL, this seller debit from my credit card USD70.00 without my authorization and when a told to PAYPAL about this problem, they responsed that no was problem of PAYPAL. PAYPAL doesn´t work, don´t use anymore this tool to make shopping online.
