This looked unfamiliar/sketchy to me at first. I googled Perpetual Technology UT and found the website www.perpetualworks.com. When I looked at what they do, I realized this was a charge for an on-line test my son took via the local university to establish the correct level of Spanish to take. We never registered the test provider's name since we connected via the university website.
