Location is being used by hackers/scammers to drain stolen prepaid Visa/Mastercard gift cards. I would guess method of draining is purchasing a second Visa/Mastercard prepaid card since my transactions end in $x.95 and that would match up with prepaid card activation fee of $5.95.
