I buy soap from Shay's Soap in Georgia all the time. I first met the owner at a craft show in Cave Springs, Georgia. It is a very reputable company. Perhaps someone fraudulently used your card to purchase soaps from Shay's website. I have never had any issue with purchases from this company.
