In my case, this legitimate charge (20€) on my credit card was for a donation I made to Fietsersbond, a Dutch website for planing cycling routes in the Netherlands. At first I did not recognize the name "Stichting Geefgratis" but it is that of the association taking care of collecting donations for charities or other non-profit associations.
