I bought a remote control roach from a company called Make Trendy as a gag gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. It came with a fake remote -- so it doesn't work. In fact, the remote shown on the box isn't even the same remote that was in the box. Tried to resolve this with the merchant. Found out Make Trendy is actually a company called Storm Media Limited. Apparently, this company is known for scams. I'm working with PayPal to get a refund. They are located in China. Also, it took forever for the product to arrive.

I have never heard of this company before nor purchased anything from them, yet there is a charge on my credit card supposedly through Paypal, but there is no charge on my Paypal account. I've notified both Paypal and my credit card company and hopefully it will be resolved.

Storm Media do not have a Customer Service Number so you can claim for your orders, they stole my money, and don't send the product. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Contacted Grab US Home who told me nothing they can do because I didn't return it within 10 days! I will try and pursue the matter with Facebook. Need to get the advertising off there.

I made a purchase from MallMoreMall.com but my PayPal account showed it was billed to Storm Media. It has been over a month & I have not received my item. MallMoreMall provided me with a tracking number, but I believe it is fake. It doesn't match the correct number formats and shows "no shipping information". I have tried contacting them & either get computer generated email responses or am told they are checking into it. I did tell them that my PayPal account shows the payment went to a different company. They wanted me to provide them with the name of the company and the receipt but I refused. If a company uses more than one name and uses a different name for payments then they should already know that & be able to provide me with the name of the company my PalPay payment went to. I have reported this issue to Facebook, as I originally found the item advertised on Facebook with a link to MallMoreMall.com. I have also opened a case with PayPal, a dispute with my credit card company, and have reported the incident to the BBB. I am waiting to see what the outcome will be but am somewhat discouraged after finding this site with complaints and also finding 9 similar complaints about Storm Media on the BBB website.

They are associated with foreign sales ads that you see on Facebook. For what it's worth do not order from them, a lot of those "cool" things you see on FB and are tempted to try out are garbage, take 2-3 months to be delivered and they will not let you return even if broken!!

If the item does come its terrible. I finally recd my stretch jeans..they came nearly two months late after Lullaby said they had no record of my order and they needed the tracking and confirmation number well that I never recd either. Some say they recd their tracking number but it was false. Anyway, my jeans arrived finally in a flat little pkg, measuring 6"x4" it would be hard to get a pr of pantyhose in pkg and that is about what the jeans are. Terrible. I ordered the none skid slippers, have not received as of yet, ordered them the end of March. I will not order anything else from this website.

I ordered a cleaning product that looked too good to be true. When I got the tracking number, I realized it was going to take up to 20 days, so I tried to cancel. Would not, so went into resolution with paypal. It finally arrived, but 30 days after I ordered it-- came from China, and is nothing spectacular-- just ordinary, like yo could buy in any grocery store. Fraud for sure!

A charge from Storm Media has just showed up on my account. Have no idea what it is for or how it got on my account. Obviously some kind of scam.

I ordered a CROSSBODY CELL phone shoulder bag on 3/7/2019,tried and tried to contact these people nothing. So I went to PayPal got the bag today 5/15/2019 NOT EVEN THE RIGHT ONE!! Ordered 2 bras seen on Facebook. Never received them and was charged $36. The company didn’t show up as Storm Media at purchase but the billing on paypal says it was Storm Media.

I ordered some skin tag removers and when I realized they were made in China I tried to cancel the order. Was told it had already been processed so I called my credit card co. and asked that the charge be removed. They did remove it and then after they contacted this company the sent me a letter telling me they were putting it back on because the item was sent. I finally received it weeks later and immediately returned it unopened. The company won't answer my e mails asking if they received my return. Now the charge is back on my account and I do NOT intend to pay for something I returned. I sent the credit card co. a letter explaining the situation, now to call them and insist they take it off. Glad to hear I'm not the only one with a bad experience with this company.

I ordered a poly gel nail kit. 2 weeks pass and I never received anything. I file a claim via PayPal and the DAY AFTER I file the claim, they print the label and send an item. 2 weeks after this the item states it was delivered 2 days prior, yet nothing has been in my mailbox. Because there was a tracking number, PayPal closed my claim - apparently not seeing the shady actions by this "company". PayPal is just as fraudulent as Storm Media Limited...

Ordered magnetic eyeliner and lashes. I never received a confirmation email or anything from the company. Of course the charge went through with PayPal and I have received nothing. This company needs to be shutdown immediately! I’ve never seen so many complaints!! Why does PayPal still allow them to do business with them??

I ordered a Vintage Red Soft Leather Crossbody Shoulder Bag on May 3rd and never received it. They took their payment almost immediately. They sent a tracking number that doesn't work. This company advertises a lot of different products through Face Book. This is a scam. Do not order any products through Zayra Company or Hugo Zarya or Storm Media. They are all one and the same. Their advertising says they are in China.

I saw a chain saw sharpener on Facebook and looked into it, but never completed the order when I saw the shipping charge was too much. They claimed the order was completed and got PayPal to remit to them. I contacted PayPal to open a dispute case.

Ordered new bras, still have not received them, but did receive and email about the charge and order.

I ordered a drill bit, as seen on Facebook, that is used in gardening on May 20th. For some reason, shipment "was handled" by a company called Brillaire. It was supposedly shipped on 27 May. Today is 27 June and there is no later tracking information other than product shipped, supposedly by UPS. Looks like I am another person scammed. I wish I read seen this website log ago.

I bought a multi-functional hair dresser after an Add on Facebook. WishinGoal put the Add but payment was made to Storm Media through Pay Pall. They gave me a number for the shipping ticket but I received nothing then I was informed by Egyptian post office that it was a false number as it did not indicate where the shipment should com from. I wrote to them but they now don't answer. Today I complained to Pay Pall and am waiting to see if they respond.
