I have 3 different charges on my food stamp card from this. All on 3/30/2023 $103.09 $16.25 $9.08 I have never used my card at a target anywhere, especially in MN. How do I get these charges reversed?

A friend gave me a target gift card and I have had it in my wallet for about a month I'm physically disabled and can't get out often tmr I'm going to be at medical appointment with target location nearby so I thought to check the card and perhaps be able to use the remainder at the target store and when it said only 50 cents I listen to transactions maybe she gave me by mistake but it claims to have had a $6.21 charge 7 days ago at store #3991 this card was in my possession at that time and I can't go out places easily or often so I know I had it since July and this was going to be my first trip to store some kind of TOMFOOLERY is going on here
