Touchdown sports (using website tdsports.info) contacted me about paying for banner and advertising for a local school. When asked to produce a contract that they have permission to solicit for the school, they produced such contract. I have since talked to the superintendent of the schools in my area, however; and the contract is not legit. I have been informed that the school has since sent a cease and desist letter. Upon doing more research, it appears this company has been running this same scam in the other areas of the state of Oklahoma as well as other states for at least the past 2 years. I will be turning them over to the attorney general's office in my state...I highly recommend anyone who has had dealings with them do the same. They are con artists, they are not legit vendors for the school systems.
Same story down in Texas-- complete scam-- talked to both schools that they were "fundraising" for-- neither had an affiliation-- company building addresses are vacant-- they will not return a complaint call-- stay away!!! Google took down their reviews bc fake address-- but all reviews sounded as Meleah's and mine!! Disputing now through my bank.
