If you want to order your AZ birth certificate, the state uses a company called Vital Records to process the order. Totally legit.
I was only checking out my options to order....and found a $12.95 charge on my visa a few days later....WTH
I don't even live in AZ and found this charge for $32.95 on my card. I spoke with the agency and they said they have to "investigate" charge and person who requested a record using my card.
I found the charge today from vital check today for $15.50. I was looking at it the other day looking at options to get my late wife’s death certificate. I wasn’t able to complete my request but found this charge today. I’ll be contacting them ASAP.
