£34.95 a month taken from my account since 30 Dec 2019 for a dating website I never joined. I haven't joined anything other than Netflix on monthly basis. Only found out by chance as I was checking that a legitimate transaction to a friend had taken place. Noticed Venntra Media charge. What on earth is that, I thought? I've reported it to Santander and they are taking it up as a fraud with Venntra. But how did they get my details? I didn't use the card at all on that day. Previously used it for Wickes and Jollyes dated 26th December. Must have been online transactions going through as I didn't go out shopping on Boxing Day! Santander fraud section have been very helpful and I'm hoping to get my money back through them.
