I was planning a move to inside the 610 loop from the Copperfield area. I knew I would need more space than there was at our new apartment on West Alabama, so I located the Extraspace storage facility nearby. That is where I met Rebecca who was very professional and helpful. She took us on a tour of the facility and showed us 3 storage sizes so we could see what would best meet our needs. She was so nice that I opted to rent with her company on the spot. Then my landlord offered to reduce my rent for me to stay a few more months and I accepted. I called Extraspace storage as soon as I could, the following Monday to cancel my rental space. Rebecca put in a request to the DM to try an get my payment reversed. Ultimately it was approved, all except the admin fee, and I am very happy with this outcome. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing storage in this area.
