Outright stealing....$175 deducted from my checking acct and I have never even done business with T-Mobile! Plus I have to jump through hoops to get my money back that I didn't even authorize to begin with. We all should receive compensation for damages...mental anguish...

My checking account was hit on 4/20/2016. 4 175$ charges on the same day. I do not have Verizon or T-Mobile and have not bought a cell phone in 8 years. The authorities should be able to track these people down and prosecute them to the fullest extent the law will allow or turn them over to the people they have ripped off.

Charged my cc twice on May 4, 2016. First time was denied by my bank. Second time the bank sent me alerts of suspicious activity. I called my bank with a fraud complaint. Money has not been paid to them. Hopefully the banks fraud department gets the authorities involved as they should.

I got charged $175 on 5/5/16. Thank goodness I have my bank account set to send me texts every time I use my debit card. I called my bank immediately and had everything stopped and canceled. Just makes me so mad!

I just got hit too on 04-29-16. When I discovered it I called my bank immediately and had to cancel my bank card and they will issue me a new one. They told me it was MY card that was used at 2:30pm and I was at work. Couldn't possibly have been me. Had no internet access at that time either. Such an inconvenience. Apparently big money for them though. Seems to be happening a lot!!

Got hit by these guys twice in one day. They won't talk to you if they answer the phone and just tell you to contact the bank. The FBI should have arrested these guys a long time ago and shut down operations. I guess the people that are getting hit are average Joe's so it's not an issue. Now if Obama's card had been hit, the jerks would be 6 feet under.

Just saw this on my credit card statement for $0. Looks like they were testing my card... There were additional fraudulent charges that were declined. I have never heard of this company. I have VERIZON. and they use Asurion, nor have I filed any claims.

Got hit for $175 on June 2nd, it had a preauthorized hold, disputed it with the bank and reported it to the local authorities. Had to cancel my card and fight with the bank to get my money back. I hope these people get caught soon, they have been doing this for years. I do not have T-mobile and did not authorize this transaction.

Fraud. Someone else is using your card info. Do not trust this charge, ever. Assurion does not protect its customers, or non-customers in my case, from ANY fraudulent activity. They will be of no help, don't even bother calling them. Call your bank or credit card company's fraud dept immediately when you see this charge. These scumbags only got me for $1, then $175(some people have had numerous charges for $150 or $175 on the same day, some thousands). My bank fixed the issue immediately for me, but it's a hassle nonetheless waiting for the funds to reappear. This has been happening to people for a few years now, since 2014 I believe.

I saw this on my cc statement and googled to find out what was going on and if it was a scam - and then I remembered! I lost my cell phone and had it replaced and I had to pay a $175 surcharge. I did the whole transaction on the phone at t-mobile. I think you can also do it on-line. And the insurance company represents a whole range of carriers in the US and elsewhere. I don't know what the multiple charges are - but wanted to let people know that at least in my case it was totally legit and that I had just forgotten about it.

My son is on Tmobile and he broke his phone. He had insurance on his phone. The 175.00 was the amount of the deductible. We used to be with AT&T and they charged us a 200.00 deductible when one of our phones broke.

Charged $249 4x within a week. On a three-way call with Capital One and T-mobile it was determined someone had stolen my credit card number and was using it to replace phones at the $249 deductible. Card cancelled and worked with Capital One to refund the charges and reissue a new card.
