The company APCOA-HAL-LS have the franchise from London Heathrow Holdings and charge exorbitant rates for non prebooked parking. We in an emergency had to use T5. Long Stay and we’re charged £160 above the prebooked rate for 10 days parking. An absolute rip off. Be aware!
