I received two charges from Arc Team 248 Atlanta, GA on two different credit cards. One was December 15, 2020 for 19.98. The other on January 11, 2021 for $105.00. I discovered them on my on line statements. Touched the entry and info about the company came up. Said it was related to phone/electronics. Also said Card Present. I started disputes on line and will call both banks in the morning
I disputed this claim through CHASE and they didn't accept my dispute because my PIN was used at the time--I have never even heard of this. I can't get any help!

66$ charged on checking! What is this?
I thought this charge was fraud, however I discovered it is ATT. I bought a new phone and case. I was charged the tax and cost of the case which was this. Not sure why it comes up as ARC. Hope this helps!

I have 2 charges from arc team 1185 Atlanta GA and never made a purchase with this company. Don't know who or what they are!! I filed a dispute because I want NJ y money back!!
Rec'd 5 charges from arc atlanta totaling $342.87!! I will be disputing with my bank first thing Monday morning. This is ludicrous!!!
I made a purchase at an at&t store, the charge came up as arc team 107 on my billing statement. hope that helps people.
Our charges from ARC Team 1259 are from AT&T for new phone we purchased and screen protector at local AT&T store. No idea why it says ARC. Thanks to Paul for heads up as I was about to dispute charges as I expected them to say AT&T!
Y'all... there's a weird charge on my account. It has nothing to do with ATT.com cause they're just as clueless as I am. But the note does say "arc df team 1507 www.att.com Gaus" Anyone know what this could be? My only thought is that I did a Money Order to a pay of a NYS Income Tax fee & it was charged at the post office $124.25 -- but that was Jan 16th -- so what is this?!
Two charges last month for $38.50 say ARC TEAM 98 Atlanta. These are the taxes due for my two daughters iphone 12 minis we bought that weekend. Financing a new phone but required to pay the sales tax immediately. Hope this helps. The 98 might be a store number or sequence. The previous posts about ATT reminded me, so thank you.

These ARC TEAM charges are associated with AT&T service, more then likely from going into an authorized retailer.

we "chatted" with ATT and they said our 2 charges were one time charges for tax on the purchase of a new iPhone and and the other had something to do with starting a new billing cycle. hope that is all it is
Purchase made on line for ATT store, Some reason it shows as ARC but was legit.

I found two charges on my bank statement to ARC Team 115 Atlanta GA ---one for $70.50 and one for $54.55 and I do not know what they are for.
