Was the transaction service used by AT&T from in-store purchase
Two charges - $343 and $1153 - marked as ARC Team 1117 and another charge for $1079 - marked as AT&T were fraudulently charged to my card within a few minutes of each other. Fraud has been reported.
They charged me 3 times 2 for $19.60 And 1 for $60.20 Not sure if I was for gas but I didn't get that much 3 times

AT&T store 67H6 in San Marcos, CA charged me $106.38 for A SIM card and $100.00 in prepaid minutes. Charge on my credit card was to "ARC TEAM 1640 ATLANTA GA. Got no minutes, store claimed no knowledge of where charge went. I want my $100.00 re-turned. Waited 90 minutes in store to see manager (Richard). He refused to see me.
I too have been a victim of SCAM charges to my Debit Card in the amounts of $69.95 on 6/14/21 and $163 on 6/16/21. I have reported to my Bank. These charges are Illegal and ARC Team 179 in Atlanta, GA has been identified as levying charges to unwitting individuals.
I got charged 92.50 for something about ARC TEAM 1576 IN ATLANTA GA in west saint paul mn I went& ask them about it & he said that I need it my new ID My I D is not even expired yet,
I ,just opened statement . 2 charges from ARC Atlanta, GA totaling $625 FRAUDULENT CHARGES. My cc company cancelled my card and is looking into it.

My account with a credit union was charged $85.43 by ARC Team, Atlanta, GA. Neither me nor my husband made this transaction so I reported it to the fraudulent team at my credit union. They sent me a letter stating that they determined that "the transaction(s) are valid." They were NOT valid. I totally disagree!!!!! We did not charge anything to ARC Team in Atlanta, GA. We don't even know who they are! This is a fraudulent charge and one that I will fight! The Credit Union did a sloppy job of investigating!!! I want my money back!
I googled the arc charge on my credit card. Found out it was the charge from AT&T that I did make at the store. Before you complain of fraud, if you are an AT&T customer, it was probably them.
I just found the "ARC DF TEAM 1475" on my card, and yes, I was in AT&T the other day paying the taxes on my new phone, and also set up for a free month of DirecTV, which they also charged my credit card (but are supposedly crediting me back later). The charges are still pending. Ill give it a few days but Im assuming that is what its from.
This is an at&t authorized reseller which means its not a company owned store but it is an actual at&t store when they use your card it shows arc ****** when you use your card at a company store it will always say at&t
