I just received 3 separate unauthorized charges from autoanything.com on my credit card. The first charge was on 10/3 @ 11:59 pm EDT for $757.79, the second charge was on 10/4 @ 12:16 am for $109.39, and the third charge was on 10/4@12:27 am for $109.39. When I call them to report the fraudulent charges they told me that they could not help me because they could not find me in the system. Well of course you can't find me, I didn't order anything. Then they told me that they had no way of finding the order by the credit card number, then when I give them the transaction number they told me that they could not cancel the order because they could not find the order. I did contact the credit card company to dispute the charges, but I can't believe how rude and unwilling to help me autoanything.com was about the fact that they are going to let the order go through.
