I ordered parts for my car at www.Autozone.com and this Autozone Store 6998 at 4394 SUMMER AVE., MEMPHIS, TN 38103 is shipping out my auto parts.
I ordered tools from Autozone and they were sent directly from their vendor, so when I asked Autozone for a receipt with a barcode to return the tools, store # 6998 was quoted together with my transaction number.

I had a fraudulently charge from Auto Zone #6998 on my credit card on 4/9/19 for $54.55. Trying to get it resolved.
I ordered brakes online & that was the store number on receipt. Its a legitimate part of autozone & i ended up having to return them in the store & long story short my husband lost the receipt so i had no order #. I called the number on my creditcard statement & spoke with Michelle Hernandez #6998 who went above& beyond with her customer skills & i appreciated that so much. AUTO ZONE y'all have a real gem!
I had a fraudulently charge from Auto Zone #6998 on my credit card on 8/21/19 for $85.96. I got a new credit card number.
I ordered a part on autozone.com and this is the store that filled my order. The merchant is legitimate but if you didn't make the purchase then another human has your card number and has used it for themselves. Contact you card servicer and report the charge.

I payed for over night delivery. Been a week and package sitting in warehouse. I called FedEx they said label has been made but no1 has called for a pick up!
At 10:07pm I received a notice stating $19.47 was charged to my credit card 1283 at store #6998. This was NOT my purchase.
