It is the charge for parking in the lot at the state beach.
My wife and I visited Point Dume last Sunday. I went to pay the $8.00 parking fee. I tried my credit card, but the machines did not accept the transaction. So no receipt that I could put in my dashboard was given. After many tries, I paid with cash. When I checked my online statement today, I saw the $8.00 charge from B&H-Point Dume.
