To whom it may concern again, I have been billed the amount of $38.04 on August 22nd of 2017 for an unknown and unauthorized service in which I had not been aware of nor given permission for the amount to be deducted from my account. I would like the amount above to be returned immediately or I will press legal action against the perpetrators stealing money from my account. I would like whatever unknown account under my name to be cancelled effective immediately and never reopened or billed again thankyou. Here is my email address and I would like to know the status of this outcome; kieranbritten@y7mail.com
Out of the blue, a series of six £0.01 charges by “APCOA connect - FGW” have appeared on my card (I had no idea who they are).
June 5th 2019 $A0.02cents have been debited 6 times - APCOA Connect - FGW Uxbridge 826
Possibly a legitimate service but was definitely a fraudulent attempt at charging my card for £0.00, fortunately caught by my bank so card had to be cancelled which is super annoying!
I got a text message from my bank this evening saying that APCOA Connect - FGW had made a £0.00 transaction on my credit card., and asked me to contact them if this was not a valid transaction. I have never heard of the company and when the operator said it was for car parking charges then that is laughable as I don’t even drive or have a car. They have stopped the card. I have only actually use this credit card a few times for Totum , Saga insurance and my passport application so hopefully should be easy to check where the leak of my data has occurred
Saw this a day or two after I made an online purchase at a retail store. I never authorized, and dont even live in the country this came from. Notified bank and it was rectified.
Had payment of £0.00 taken on my credit card by APCOA Connect FGW. Sorted and cancelled by my bank but very odd since no money was taken
I think this is for parking at a First Great Western train station car park (in the UK)
Transaction from FGW connect declined by my credit card company. But had to issue a new credit card. Scammers are complete !$^#s.
Had payment taken of £0.00 on my credit card by FWGconnectweb.Uxbridge, Obviously a scam and very inconvenient as my account and credit card were blocked and cancelled by credit card company.
It is stressful that £445 has been debited in a minute through three 5 different transactions. Now a days its very hard to get in touch with Bank. still trying establish contact with them. Please Can some one advice me how to get my money back. Its all my hard work money of a month & it went away in seconds
not sure how they got my details but took £20 then tried to take £500 but I didn’t have it in my account thankfully! Scum! 🤬
I've had 3.00 taken from my account which I don't recognise, so I want it back in my bank
First Great Western parking. Perfectly legit when I was charged recently.
Online parking payment in Exeter. Legit.
Had £8.10 taken from my account from FGW connect web Uxbridge. Could be something to do with First Great Western as I was travelling by train that day (in London UK) but it wasn't for my ticket so perhaps is a scam?
Was surprised to see a FGW Connect Web charge on my account for two separate occasions but it was a legitimate charge by APCOA car park at the station. It used to be called APCOA parking so was more obvious where the money was going. A legitimate charge in my case once I’d realised it wasn’t a charge for WiFi on the train!!
Parking charges at train station, mine was at Worcester parkway.
