I just found a charge from Bubbleup on my card this morning. I reported it to my card as fraudulent. They are refunding my money and investigating Bubbleu0p.
This was the company name that MargaritavilleTV used to sell t-shirts for the hurricane relief fund Nov 2017. I thought it was unusual also until I remembered ordering one.

I thought it was kinda fishy but when i went to this website https://www.bubbleup.net/credit-card-charge and it mention it could be a fan club. Then I remeber I join the ZZ Top fan club
