This is a Inkstation. They sold me some garbage inks but wouldn't take them back. After a lot of digging I found their address (they must keep it hidden because of irate customers like me), I took the defective ink along and demanded my money back. They were quite shocked one of their ripped off customers found them! I got a refund after I refused to leave without one.
