Looking for assistance, NOTHING BUT ADS, NO HELP HERE!!!

I too am looking for assistance for what I believe is a bogus charge.

Charge of US$73.95/ CAN $101.20. on Nov 2, 2020. Have a US credit card and would not use my Canadian credit card for a US purchase.

The charge of $27.98 showed up on my credit card dated Nov14. My credit card company had me on hold for 10 minutes trying to find a telephone# for the company...CIAOVIE. I finally hung up.

I placed an order with Asbbey.com The charge came on my credit card from CIAOVIE HTTPSWWW.CIACOCA I received an email stating my order shipped. I never received the order. I think this is definitely a SCAM!

This is a big SCAM. Any charge agent that shows an unidentifiable name & doesn't show a contact should be banned for life and shipped to a deserted island in the middle of the ocean!!

I should be able to SUE FACEBOOK FOR PUTTING THESE ASS WIPES ON THEIR SITE. THEY HAVE SO MANY BOGUS SELLERS YOU CANT BUY ANYTHING OFF OF F.B. ANYMORE!

I think I ordered some long underwear from this company on Dec. 3, 2020. I got the underwear and it's helping me keep warm. I am going to keep better track of what I order online and when.

A charge was made to our card for $48.72 from a company we have never heard of and sure didn’t receive anything from the company

I -- think -- this is for something I bought from a FB ad and the product was absolutely a scam. Total knockoff utility key without the features advertised.

Purchased the Sank Magic Practice copy book for my 2 little grandchildren. Never received the product. Facebook needs a class action law suit against them letting Bogus Company on their site. Facebook is fast to let people know when something isn't accurate or correct but can't find a way to fact check Companies. Of course not, someone is paying them (Zucker/f**ker) so why investigate. We need a new platform other than Facebook to communicate. Rant over.. But still not product. Sending all information also to the Attorney's General Office of how Facebook can continue doing this to the public. Shame on Zuker whatever his name is.

A $22.98 charge from "Ciaovie Httpswww.ciao Ca" showed up on my card on 1/11/21. I don't recognize the company and could not find the company when I searched for it online. Now seeing all of your comments about having the same problem, I am certain this is fraud. I am not sure how someone got my information though. I did not buy anything from Facebook or any other untrustworthy websites with my card. I only just got this card last week. I used it for purchases from amazon, walmart, and lowe's. Nowhere else.

I ordered some heavy duty velcro straps from a company called Conoreal. I received them in a acceptable amount of time (2 weeks) and I am happy with them. Because I always make a printout whenever I order something online and keep them in a folder I was able to go to my folder to determine what the charge was for. But I agree the charging name is not at all helpful.

The charge of $80.34 from CIAOVIE on my account is LEGITIMATE!!! The company I ordered from is Avosando NOT CIAOVIE. I saw the Sank Magic Practice copy books in an advertisement in the NEWS BREAK app (android). I purchased the same product that MARY JO BAKER (her post is from 1/11/2021 above) did, It took forever and a day to arrive, but I DID RECIEVE IT THEM!!! Avosando's website for cust service or questions is customer@avosando.com. **Here's what I did to research the charge. I noted the date of the charge in my account then went on a hunt in my email for any explanation. I found the email receipt dated 4 days prior to the date of the charge on my account. I have since ordered from them again with no disappointment.

I encounter the same transaction on my bank account while trying to order a hair care product. I will get this investigated and have them track it down to get my money back. Discovered a charge on 12-12-2020 of $144.93 to CIAOVIE HTTPSWWW.CIAOCA. I do not know who this is, nor did I charge this amount on this day to them. No product received. Calling my credit card causes immediate suspension of my card. Then starting over with new card and number. I'd like to throttle whoever did this. All I can find is that this CIAOVIE is fraudulent!

Found a charge for $30.67 on my credit card from this company. Never ordered from them and never heard of them. Called my credit card company and they are reimbursing me the money, banning this company from ever charging my account, and issuing me a new card.

I had a charge for 19.98 from this cite on Jan. 3rd. Don't remember ordering anything.

My husband ordered some rings off a Facebook ad which we never received ( but we did get a $2 kids toy) was charged $51.86 for the rings and then a $30.00 transaction fee. Never received an email for delivery and never received a tracking number.

I figured it out. After checking emails for the charge of $19.98 on Jan 2nd, I realized that this was for a ring that I had purchased. It's a ring that has two hands that appear to hug your finger or thumb. It did arrive after a couple of weeks, so I guess the charge is legit....even though they have such a odd way of identifying themselves. "CIAOVIE HTTPSWWW.CIA CA"
