FIGURED IT OUT !! FLEXPERK Add-Ons !! These are the cash charges added on when I book flights using my "frequent flyer" type REWARD miles from my credit card. Like automatically $6.99, and also if you buy FLIGHT INSURANCE and/or if you pay partly in freebie miles and need to add real dollars. I'm just glad I figured it out before I placed a fraud alert, get a new card, etc.
Exactly as Joanne said, mine was also from the charge of the difference between the bought air ticket and the available flex points.

This charge shows up if you book travel through the US bank travel portal. For me it was a legit charge.
