We have been double charged for at room at Coptorne CDG Roissy en France and they don't reply to our mails, where can we get our money back?
We have booked the hotel via BOOKING.COM and cancelled in time, but the hotel, via BOOKING, still charged against their own policy. We are of course contesting the charge via our bank and are reporting this also to the appropriate commercial authorities.
