I had a $20 charge for Days Inn 0657 in Chambers, AZ on my card. When I called the manager said he had no record of the transaction but would check and call me back. He didn't and afterwards would not take my calls. I found out the owner's name and had the same result. I finally had to call Days Inn HQ and the hotel did not even respond to their request but they resolved the issue and refunded my $20. It is obviously a scam by that specific hotel.
