The DISPOSICION EN SUCURSA MEXICO MEX charges on my credit card were legitimate charges for me buying pesos in a local bank branch. By the way, the exchange rate at the bank was significantly better than that offered at ATM machines, PLUS the bank did not charge me any transaction fee. The bank in this case was Scotia Bank.
