This is absolutely legal charge of former $DOLLAR store. When I noticed it on my account activity first - I got alarmed because of the name of the store, which I did not recognize. It looked to me like a some plant nursery name. After investigation, I realized that it is the name of former DOLLAR STORE. Besides I keep the copy of the store bills if I used the credit card during the purchase for entire month.
